The MTO School of Islamic Sufism ® were invited by the Mayor of Haringey, to an interfaith gathering in Bruce Castle Museum on Sunday 10th May 2015.

It was great to join so many different faith leaders of Haringey, as well as Haringey Council’s Leader, Chief Executive and other senior representatives. The theme of Unity was discussed amongst all, as well as how we can all contribute to a more prosperous and stable society.

Topics such as celebration of friendships, healthy attitudes, courageous relationships and respect were discussed, as well as recognition of the strengths and advantages that our differences offer the entire Haringey community.

We would like to offer our thanks to the Mayor of Haringey for the invitation of participation. And look forward to strengthening the ties that were built on this day.
