MTO Sufi Society® attended a conference at the Houses of Parliament, to mark the UN Day of the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The attendees were invited to the conference since they are all active ambassadors of peace and interfaith in their local and regional communities. MTO Sufi society® was invited to represent Haringey and Universities of London. The 2 hour programme consisted of talks by various speakers who actively campaign for the implementation of policy changes and new provisions aimed at safeguarding the youth from abuse and violence. The floor was then opened to a question and answer session.
